About Kevin Kakela:
|
Curling family: "I started curling at the age of 12 because all
of my family was curling and I was the youngest. My brother, Carey, curls with
us now. My sister, Jan Lagasse, represented the U.S. in the 1989 Worlds in
Milwaukee along with Janie Kakela, who is Carey's wife. Craig Disher is our
cousin so we grew up curling together, along with Craig's brother, Kurt.
In his own words: "I love curling because of all the wonderful
people I have met all over the world."
Hobbies: Golf, playing cards.
